Refilling A Prescription

Try your best to notice when you are getting low on anything you take regularly. Prescriptions should be refilled by the physician that originally prescribed that medication. It's most helpful if we have at least a day to contact your doctor and route the prescription to your pharmacy. Call our clinic at (888) 287-1082. They will need:

• the name of the medication
• the dose
• your pharmacy & a phone number for your pharmacy, and
• a phone number where we can reach you if needed.

Our staff will do their best to get your order called in within 24 hours.
