Poster File Upload

The Department will financially support the cost of poster development for Residents who have had a poster accepted to the 20th Annual Moses Gunn Research Conference.

Please take your acceptance notification to the Surgery Education Office and they will supply you with a "Poster/Presentation Ticket". This ticket is for use exclusively with Michigan MultiMedia on a standard poster design (layout by M3) or print-only poster (your design).

Use this form to upload your poster, or the materials required to design your poster, to Michigan MultiMedia for printing. Posters designed or printed by M3 for the 20th Annual Moses Gunn Research Conference will be added to the website.

Submission Parameters

ALL POSTERS at the 2008 Moses Gunn Research Conference will be 6 feet wide by 3 feet tall, printed on heavy coated bond paper. It is highly recommended that you use the Adobe Illustrator template available on this website (Templates).

Submission Deadlines

PRINT ONLY posters must be submitted by 2:00PM on May 12, 2008. Late submissions will have rush charges applied and cannot be guaranteed to make the installation time.

CUSTOM POSTERS (those being laid out by Michigan MultiMedia) must be submitted no later than 2:00PM on May 5, 2008 or rush charges will be applied. Late submissions cannot be guaranteed to be completed in time for the conference, but all efforts will be made by Michigan MultiMedia to meet the posting deadline.
