biography

Dr. Weiping Zou is Professor of Surgery, Immunology and Biology and Director for Translational Research at the University of Michigan. Dr. Zou leads a laboratory staff whose primary focus is tumor immunology in ovarian and prostate cancers.

B7 family members and dendritic cells in tumors, regulatory T cells in tumors, immune cell trafficking in tumors, novel animal models for cancer, mechanistic interaction between tumor, host immune cells and stems cells, the translational aspects of novel immune-based interventions in patients with cancer.
