During your consultation visit, your surgeon and medical team will discuss your cosmetic goals, surgical and non-surgical options and provide you with the information you will need to make an informed decision. We encourage you to bring a list of questions with you to your consultation.

Our Domino's Farms location provides a private, convenient setting for your consultation and all post operative visits. Our Cosmetic Surgery Center offers our patients the expertise and experience of the University of Michigan Hospital with comfort and personalized care. At the University of Michigan Cosmetic Surgery Center, we are committed to providing quality patient education and personalized care for our patients. Thorough communication about your expectations, goals and health history will help your surgeon create a customized treatment plan that is designed for you.

Prior to your appointment, we will be sending you a new patient packet that includes directions to our clinic and information about your visit. We also request that you fill out the History Intake form and bring it with you to your appointment.
