Safe Sitter

Many injuries occur to infants and young children being cared for by those other than their parents. Because babysitting can be challenging, Mfit sponsors Safe Sitter classes to help young people understand the role and be better (safer) sitters. For boys and girls ages 11-13 years old, babysitters learn what to do when a child chokes, safety for the sitter, how to call for emergency help, babysitting business skills, basic child care skills (diapering, feeding, etc.), how to entertain children and keep them safe.
