The physicians and clinical researchers in the University of Michigan Division of Endocrine Surgery work together every day to develop a deeper understanding of, and promising approaches to solving and treating endocrine disorders.
Our research is providing fundamental insights into identifying the genetic mutations involved in pediatric adrenal cancers. In addition, we are also investigating the link between the genetic regulation of stem cells and the role this may play in adrenal cancers. Through these endeavors — and many more like them — our researchers are working together to identify and implement real solutions for patients of today and tomorrow.
