Our Doctors
At the University of Michigan Health System, we perform more than 2,000 heart operations annually. Our highly trained physicians, nurses, dietitans and other care givers work together to offer the expertise and resources required to make your surgery and hospital stay both comfortable and successful. Most of the operations that we do require a stay in the ICU and a total hospitalization of about 3-7 days.
